1. A R Rahman was born in Chennai on Jan 6 1966. His birth name was Dilip Kumar. His father Sekar – Worked in Film Industry.
2. AR Rahman Lost his father at 9. He Rented his fathers music instruments for living purpose and learned music with that money.
3. While his sister was sick with illness he prayed allah. As she recovered from sickness, due to his strong belief he and his family converted to muslism. He also changed his name to Allah – Rakha Rahman (AR Rahman).
